Everywhere we go people always have something to say about The Southmen Quartet. The nice things we put on here, the bad things we put in "File 13." So take a look at what all of our adoring fans have to say, and leave a comment of your own!
I recently attended your concert in Bourbonnais, IL and my wife and two of our friends very much enjoyed your performance. We were unanimous that you were the best group.

Hi Jim! THANK YOU for praying with the little baby at the Rockford 1st Church of the Nazarene when you were here. GREAT NEWS - - when he went to the Dr. for the MRI, they did a test and they eye was so good that they DID NOT have to do the test. God is STILL working!!!!!

The Southmen Quartet remain true to the roots of mainstream Southern Gospel. Truly genuine Christian gentlemen, on a musical missionary journey in the life with the good news of Christ in joyful song!
I appreciate these fellows, and enjoy playing them from time to time on WPET.
Thanks for all years of dedication, blessings, and great Southern Gospel music!

Thank you for a wonderful concert here in Albuquerque, Sept 28. We were small in number, but rich in Spirit. The comments have been "Fantastic", "bring them back", "enjoyed their Live band", "Freedom in their singing". We want you back. God bless.

Hi, Southmen...
Don't have the vocabulary to tell you how much I enjoyed your concerts this week at Dollywood! Saw you three times...Now, what does that tell you? Sunday afternoon was especially great! I laughed at Jim's humorous stories until I cried! I want to keep in touch so that any time you're within driving distance I can attend you concert again.
Keep singing, sharing and blessing others!
Enjoyed seeing and hearing the Southmen for the very first time on a chilly morning at Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN. After hearing so much technologically enhanced music and singing these days, it is refreshing to know that there is a gospel group that gets back to the basics with pure harmonies and familiar songs that many of us grew up with. Jim Hefner's dry wit had me laughing and crying at the same time. Can't wait to hear you again!
